Throughout our history, workers’ participation has been active when it comes to new challenges. 60 years of history endorse its trajectory in the past and a cohesive and qualified group are its guarantees for the future. Today the number of member-workers reaches 85%.
SPECIALIZATION AND EXPERIENCE
Since its opening in 1975, Mitxelena has had a highly qualified working group. Mitxelena places special emphasis on internal training. Each machine operator becomes a specialist in that machine. While every order is unique, we have extensive experience in making specialised pieces.
CONSULTANCY AND COOPERATION
Many customers and companies visit us in our facilities to ask questions and clarify possible doubts when designing new pieces. Our experience allows us to advise the customer on manufacturing details that can cause designs to vary.
